Return Policy

Customers have up to 30 days to return their purchase items under the following circumstances:

1.    Merchandize was damaged during shipping
2.    Product has a defect

To process a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing us at sales@meharyjewel.com.  

Please include:
·      Order number
·      Reason for returning. 

·      Let us know if you would like us to replace your purchased item or a refund of the paid amount.

Once we review your request, we will respond letting you know if your return, exchange or refund is approved.

Things to remember:

·      Refunds are credited back to customers’ Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit/debit cards. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after we receive back the item(s) for the refund to be reflected on your account.

·      An email confirmation will be sent when the refund has been completed or a replacement has been sent.

·      We will only cover the shipping cost for merchandize that has arrived damaged through shipping or with defects.

Shipping Policy

Minimum Charge for Domestic Orders is 5 dollars plus 3 per additional item.

Orders are shipped via USPS and FedEx services.

MeharyJewel the pieces are made to order unless stock is already on hand.

Orders may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Please allow 3 to 6 business days for delivery after your order has been mailed. 

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Orders placed on national holidays will be processed on following business day.
