I am a creative, a healer and an entrepreneur.

Healing through creating beauty in spaces, conversation, mind shifts and awareness. Most recently I have combined my deep design background with business coaching to share the power of visual and verbal expansion.

I have had many difficult transformations in my career and personal life and continued to expand during all of it. What grounded me and kept me on the path forward were solid spiritual tools like breathing, meditation, yoga and seeking helpful therapist, coaches or guides along the way.
